Abcde’s head was buzzing from the ecstasy coursing through her. She started having strange thoughts as she watched Pan from her spot at his side. She wondered if a drug test would pick up on her power. Would it always come back positive for X if she did it? What the heck? When Pan reacted to the word ‘party’ Abs smiled brightly, “Yeah, my brother @bernard and I throw the ALL the time.” She said raising her eye brows, “I think we’ll probably have one soon, you should definitely come!” With a shrug she nodded her head in the direction of the fountain, “I think I met him at one of our parties too.”

"I'll come to the next one if you invite me, I guess," he said with a lazy smile. He looked back at the Tanner guy and held a finger up to Abcde, "watch his face."

He left Abcde and crossed over to the fountain, approaching the guy, "Oh my gosh! Tanner! Dude, it's been so long! What's up!" after a short conversation, a hug, and a lot of confused looks from Tanner, Pan came back-beaming.

"See?" Tanner was now staring after Pan, mouth agape. seeming to be frozen in his confusion. "Hah. Classic," Pan said smugly.

Abcde was having a hard time keeping her shit together. She had her arms wrapped around her middle section, across her stomach, to keep herself from doubling over in laughter. She noticed Tanner eyeing her as Pan came back to her side. She sent him a flirty wave and burst into another fit of giggles, "So priceless." She cooed, turning her eyes in the opposite direction of Tanner. The smell of food wafted toward them and overwhelmed Abcde. After using her powers, Abcde always got the munchies, "Food?" She asked, wondering if he would be more willing to tag along on his own now or if she was still going to have to force him along.

Pan felt proud that she was laughing so hard at his little joke. He loved it when he had an audience for his shenanigans. When the whiff of food burst into their nostrils, Pan smiled wildly. "Yes, please!" he offered his arm for her to link through before they started moving toward the food court.

There were just too many things to eat and Pan found that he was getting extremely hungry. Maybe it had something to do with the giddy adrenaline that was coursing through his veins! Still, it was hard to make a decision. His eyes darted from place to place. "But wheerrre?"

Abcde looked around, not sure whether to be worried or excited for food. She narrowed her eyes and pointed at the Taco Bell triumphantly, “There!” She said, itching to take off in a full run toward the food establishment, “And then you can make me laugh some more!” She giggled, elbowing him in the arm lightly. She started walking briskly toward the Taco Bell, turning to walk backwards so she could see him better.

((I am thinking Abs is way more likely to be the only girl in his little crew than to be his GF. What do you think?))

"Tacos! You have good taste," Pan was started to feel a tiny bit more normal as they walked toward the Taco Bell. Still, food always made him giddy either way. As she turned to face him he made a goofy face, sticking his tongue out the side of his mouth and crossing his eyes. "That's a lot of pressure making you laugh," he spoke in a derpy voice and then uncrossed his eyes and pulled his tongue back into this mouth. "But I think I can't handle it," he said smugly.


((I think that's totally possible. I think that she would actually be pretty good at getting him to loosen up around girls too. I still think it'd be funny if they kissed at one point though!))

“Oh, I know.” Abcde said, thinking that tacos were about the best food ever. Especially when they were dirt cheap and someone else made them for you. Still walking backwards, Abcde shook her head, blonde hair bouncing around her shoulders and down her back, and she laughed, “Oh, right. Because you are so funny.” She commented, recognizing that laughing about him thinking he was funny was completely contradictory. Oh well…

Then, the inevitable happened. Abcde tripped over a table that appeared behind her and fell backwards on to her butt. In a swift motion, Abcde looked down and covered her bathing suit bottoms, which had been exposed when she tripped. Thanking her lucky stars she had been wearing a bathing suit, Abcde pulled herself off the sticky floor and laughed in embarrassment. Any hold she had on her ecstasy power had been dropped and suddenly she was feeling slower, like the burst of energy in her veins had been ripped from her.

Pan just smirked as she laughed about him being funny, and wasn't expecting her to fall down so suddenly. The noise and the image of her falling down seemed to snap him back to reality as well, though not as much as cognitive recalibration would. Before he could gather his thoughts she was already standing up, and he didn't even have time to help her. "Oh Gods, are you okay?" he asked, stepping forward and holding his arms around as if he wasn't sure where to put them. "That was a pretty harsh fall," he stretched the sides of his mouth and breathed in through his teeth. That did look like it hurt.

And why was he standing so close to a girl?!

Abcde looked down, closed her eyes, and focused on her exhaustion for a moment. It had been so long since she had come down off of her ecstasy high, she suddenly felt like she was about to fall asleep standing up and vomit at the same time. After letting out a sigh, Abcde allowed the ecstasy to pump through her body again, relieving her of the strange feeling of emptiness that had replaced her usually feeling of aloof giddiness.

Her blue-green eyes finally opened and looked at Pan, "I'm amazing!" She chimed, "As usual!" She spun around, grabbing his hand as she turned away from him, "So how about those tacos?"

((I think Abcde is actually a drug addict. not that she really had much of a choice))

Pan took a slight step back at her transformation of sorts. At first he thought she was going to faint, then agree she was as perky and energetic as always. He was a little worried for her and also worried about the fact that he was worried for her! What had gotten into him? Now she was grabbing his hand and leading him toward the tacos. But really, was she okay?

"Abcde... What happened back there?" he asked as he let her lead him along to the tacos.

Abcde giggled and nodded, "Yes, yes. Always okay. Sometimes I get a little loose on my power and crash, but a little jolt of magic and I'm all good again." She winked at him and sent a powerful wave of ecstasy through her hand into his. Generally, her power worked just when people breathed the same air as her, but if she were to being touching them directly, the effect was only that much higher, "See?"

Loose on my power... his brain was still feeling fuzzy but things were starting to make sense Her power seemed to be some kind of energy builder? But not just that, because his thoughts morphed as we- suddenly he felt a burst of something come through her hand and he blinked, light as air. A smile crossed his face. "Woooah. Okay, I get it!" he laughed, "What do you call it?"

Abcde arched a brow and giggled, "Let's just say that you should avoid any random drug testing." She said, wriggling her brow suggestively, "Wouldn't want any ecstasy to show up in your system after all." She giggled, feeling her energy being rejuvenated with every passing second. It was amazing how much she needed her power. If she lost it, Abcde wasn't sure she could survive. Although a normal person would, at this point, be concerned about addiction, Abcde had already accepted it as a necessary part of her personality.

"Would it really show up on a test?" Pan usually didn't dwell on technicalities but this was actually pretty interesting. "Ecstasy, huh? Did you name it yourself?" He asked, stepping up to order some tacos from the vendor. He didn't really have a name for his powers... He could grant peoples wishes when they were made on a shooting star, but the star interprets the wish in its own away. Really he's just channeling the power of his mother into a persons desires... Maybe he'd have someone come up with a cool name for it.

Abcde looked at him through narrowed blue eyes, "Pan, have you never heard of ecstasy?" She asked, clearly surprised, "The drug?" She knew he was innocent, but really? Maybe he has only ever heard it referred to as 'X'? She couldn't fathom a would where someone didn't at least have some exposure to this stuff, after all it was all over the TV these days. Drugs were definitely no secret.
