Teresia sighed, running a slender hand through her Mahogany hair before the same hand lifted her hat, placing it on her head so that the sun covered her face. Her other hand help to the wheel of her ship. Around her, her crew did this, pulled that, knotted and coiled ropes, cleaning, whatever their tasks for the day as Teresia started to bring the large Brig sailing ship into port. Most of the large purple sails were already tied up and out of the way, but there was enough to catch the wind and pull the large ship towards an empty berth.
"Coal! Prepare..."
"Got it Captain!" She was already calling out, climbing some of the rigging with the anchor lines wrapped around her. The moment Coal knew she could make it, she jumped and landed with the grace of a jungle cat. In fact, her dark skin and caramel eyes made her look just like a panther. The woman glanced over and she began to pull the ship filling towards the deck, her "sisters" joining her as the all took ropes and tied the Siren's Song to the deck.
It was only a minute later the gangplank hit the dock and Teresia walked down it, joining Coal and the rest of her crew in the new place. A place she felt her father had been leading her too. "Captain, You sure..." Aquatia started but closed her mouth as Teresia's Teal eyes landed on her. "Let us know..." She said quickly as her, Coal and the other girls returned to the ship to set her right while their captain explored.
"Okay Pops... What's the plan?" She asked, knowing the bastard wouldn't answer her. He rarely did. Her eyes shifted to the sea, hoping, waiting, then sighing and rolling her eyes when no answer came. "Jerk..." she huffed and started to look around the dock.

It didn't take long for word of an unknown ship approaching Concordia reached the Chancellor. It was a dangerous thing to risk, allowing a ship to dock on their island without any knowledge of who it might be. Without a moment's hesitation, Ember Lynn was one her feet and jogging down to the docks as fast as her stiletto heels would allow her.
When she finally reached the place when the spotting had been reported, there was a small crowd gathered behind some palettes watching the ship come into the harbor. Ember Lynn quickly dispelled the worried demi gods, sending them back to their every day activities and assuring them that she had everything under control. The question was, did she really?
Turned her stormy brown eyes to the sea, Emmy followed along the horizon until she finally saw the ship. It was closer than she was expecting and so familiar that Ember Lynn let out a sigh of relief and smiled, waiting for the ship to finally dock.
She watched her sister climb off the ship and walked over to her, teetering on the high heels that allowed her to stand nearly two inches taller than her sister, even though in reality he was shorter, "Tere." Ember Lynn said with a grin, "Been a while."

The familiar voice called to her and Tere turned her Teal eyes onto her sister, one she had not seen in a while. She smirked a little at her and nodded, reaching up to take her hat off before she spoke, her voice a soft melody tinged with a hint of Greece. After all, she had spent most of her time raiding the Metaterrainian. Now seeing her sister, she could get answers.
"Long time indeed, is this where all of us come to now? I went to Half Blood but no one was there." She said as she glanced back at her ship, all her girls were slow in what they were doing, instead listening to the two of them instead of making sure the ship was well put to sleep. Rolling her eyes, she looked back to her sister. "Father's signs lead me here..." she added as she slipped her free hand into the pocket of her short. "What Happened while I was gone?"
Behind her, the girls on the ship went back to storing the rigging, winding ropes, fixing nets and checking the ship inside and out from keel to crows nest, their words bouncing back and forth nearly in harmony.

Ember Lynn tilted her head, sighing heavily as she tried to decide how best to break the news to her. It had never occurred to her that some of the old campers wouldn't even know what had happened. This was definitely a new experience for Emmy. At least is was her sister and not some random stranger.
Ember Lynn turned so that she could motion up the docks, "We should go to my office to talk. Bring the girls if you want, they will want to here this anyway." Ember Lynn turned and started up the docks slowly, turning her head slightly so she could make sure that Tere was following her.

The look on her sister's face said tons and nothing at the same time. Tere felt her hands ball up into fists at her side for a moment, wondering if her sister would tell the story or try to brush it off. When she mentioned that they would go to her office she nodded, one hand motioning for her to lead the way. But then she mentioned bringing the girls. She looked back to her ship. It's that bad? She thought to herself, then she let out a musical whistle that echoed over the seas. The upper Echelon of girls looked up, stopping what they were doing. "Fall in!" She called to them, and like soldiers, they obeyed as if she had cracked a whip at them.
As Ember started off towards her office, Tere followed, hearing behind her the thumps and clunks of her girls finding the quickest ways off the ship to fall in behind her, flanking her like a flock of birds. Tere tucked her hat into the pocket of her jacket, and continued to follow the girl from the docks to her office, aware that her girls were all silently speculating something was terribly wrong. She could almost here their thoughts. And at times, she wondered if her girls could read minds, as a lot of them knew what she wanted almost before she ordered it of them.
"The girls are getting antcy, sis." She said in a bit of a huff.

By the time they had reached Ember Lynn's office, the girls were so close to Ember Lynn and Teresia that Emmy could almost feel their hot breathe against her back. She pushed the door open to her office and held it open for her sister and the crew. She turned her brown eyes to the secretary and told her to cancel the afternoon so that Ember Lynn could speak to Teresia. She then followed the girls in and pulled the heavy doors shut behind them.
Ember Lynn found her chair behind her glass desk and motioned for everyone to sit, "Make yourselves comfortable. You will want to be sitting down for this one." She offered, taking a seat herself and waiting for the girls to follow suit.
"I am sure you are all wondering what has happened. Why we are here." Emmy took in a deep breathe before she continued, "A force of Demi-Titans and their allies attack both Camp Jupiter and, our home, Camp Half-Blood in the dead of night. Upon destroying our defenses, they were able to easily defeat the Camp and drive away many survivors." Ember Lynn looked into Tere's eyes, "Father led me here, along with the other demi-gods. We sent out scouts to Camp Jupiter to lead the here and have been living here on Concordia for nearly five years now." She knew her sister would not want the information sugar coated.

Tere and her girls all walked into the office, taking in the place before finding places to sit as Ember had suggested. Some of the girls ended up sitting in their 'sisters' laps while Tere took a chair opposite her sister. That is when Ember started with the story, and with the mention of Demi-titans, her hand went to the hilt of her sword. By the end of it she was pissed, some of her girls were clearly upset as well. The only one holding her emotions in check was Coal, but Tere knew better.
Then Tere stood slowly, shaking her head as if in disbelief. "I can't believe this... That... That jackass." she hissed. "Why in the hell didn't he tell me?!?" She sighed and then looked around at her girls. The upset look on their faces made her check herself and she relaxed a bit, though it was clear in her teal eyes that she was still very upset at their father. "Anything you need in the way of any type of help, I'm here now."
All her girls began nodding as well, letting Ember know that they would help their captain as well.

Ember Lynn nodded when Tere started questioning why Poseidon hadn't told her, "Trust me, Tere, I have asked myself so many questions about all of this. Those bastards sailed to Camp. He must have known they were coming, right? Why didn't he warn us?" Ember Lynn slammed a fist down on her glass desk before shaking her head, "But no matter how angry we are, this has happened and we have to deal with it." He eyes found the window, looking over the ocean and the city she had helped build from the ground up, "This place has become more a permanent home than we had ever imagined it would be." Emmy turned so she was facing her sister again, "You're of course welcome to stay."
When Tere and the girls offered to help, Emmy smiled sadly at them, "You always were my favorite sister." She laughed, spinning around in her chair to open a filing cabinet, "Which brings me to the Chancellor rant about jobs on Concordia." Dropping a large file folder on her desk, Emmy continued, "There are many positions available in Concordia from Merchants and Traders and the military right up the line to government positions." She spread six flyers across her desk, each brightly colored and cheesy looking, "Any of the girls who are under eighteen can choose to go to school, although I don't really see you all functioning well in a such a boring environment." She looked at all the girls she knew so well, mixed among new faces, "The Garrison is our military force. Since we moved here we focused mostly on defense tactics. We built a land based military unit and a small department for undercover ops off-island. I have recently been conferring with Commander Craddock about commissioning a navy but it would take a good portion of our budget to build the necessary ships." Emmy glanced at her door, remembering suddenly that she had an appointment. They could wait, though, "But honestly, you can choose whatever it is you want to do. I will talk to the necessary people to make sure you get the job." A mischievous smile broke across her face, "Within reason of course."

A soft, almost hidden smirk, danced to her face for a moment at her sister's anger. It seemed they both had their father's 'quick to anger, hair-trigger' personality trait, or maybe it was just him, he could piss off any of his daughters with the greatest of ease. Licking her lips, she looked at the flyers, arching her brow slightly. Her girls also sat up a bit more in their seats, glancing at them. After a moment - and a little lower lip chewing, Tere looked to her sister again.
"We will all help in any way we can, but first and foremost, we love being at sea. None of our siblings and cousins that I have taken as my sailors are under 18, so none of them need to worry about schooling." She smirked at Ember then continued, "That said, if you need help teaching in battle, any of my girls are good fighters, we could also help with the garrison, but I think, perhaps, one thing that we can best help with is bringing in special goods and any missing Demi-gods out there."
Even though she hadn't seen most of this new safe--haven, she could tell that they needed more of them. There was strength in numbers. Not only that, they would need weapons, and Tere knew where to get lots of weapons and relics. "So sis, it comes to this; What do you need of us? If you need more merchants, we can take that role, if you want help at the Garrison or school, we can help there as well. But no mocking our 'lust' for flesh." She winked to her sister but the rest of her offer had been genuine, even if her and her girls seemed more like daughters of Aphrodite than Poseidon.
Then again, She thought to herself, Our father is a randy SOB. Perhaps her hormones had been inheirited from her father as well... Or maybe her mother had been a Demi-god as well... That would be an odd idea, but one she would have to think on later. Her teal eyes raised to her sister. "Where do you want us?"

Emmy leaned back in her chair, looking at the ceiling in thought. The ceiling of her office was a soft, clean white that reflected the color of the crashing waves as they filtered through her window. She had an interesting opportunity here that she hadn’t considered in a long while. She had never had anyone she trusted well enough to take on the position she had thought about since she became Chancellor five years ago, “Tere, I would like to introduce you to someone later on. Her name is @accaila and she is an undercover operative with The Garrison here in Concordia. If you will accept, she will be the head of your department.” Ember Lynn leaned across the desk now, looking at her sister seriously, “Bringing home trapped Demi-Gods, finding supplies, the occasional battle, you will have it all. You need only say the word.” Ember Lynn was wondering if she had said too much about Melanie, but she knew Tere could keep a secret.

Teresia watched her sister, as did the rest of her girls, 9 pairs of eyes all wondering what the woman was thinking about. Thankfully though, Tere and the girls didn't have to wait too long because Ember once again began to speak, though what she said had one of Tere's mahogany brows lifting nearly to her hair line. Then, with a soft sigh, Tere glanced back to Coal and the others before looking back to Ember.
"I look forward to meeting this person then, it sounds like the kind of job me and the girls would find more than interesting to take. But I will hold off on the full acceptance until we meet this woman you wish us to. Or would the meeting just be me and her?" She said, leaning forward, resting her elbows on her knees, crossing them like a cat, her Teal eyes gleaming with interest in whatever this woman that her sister wanted her to meet would have to say.

Ember Lynn shook her head, blonde hair bouncing around her shoulders playfully, "No, I will call her to meet us here, if you don't mind waiting. You could catch me up on the past few years for yourself while we wait." Emmy leaned back and smiled, relaxing for the first time in a little while. She was happy to have her sister back and couldn't wait to get her integrated into Concordian society. (sorry it's so short. im setting it up so @accaila can join in too

((that's fine mine wasn't really Lord of the Rings either.)) Teresia nodded and gave a soft and assuring smile, "That's fine, catching up for both of us, all of us really is in order I think." She said as she glanced around at her girls who were all looking between the two sisters or beginning to chat quietly to themselves so they didn't disrupt the sisters and their catching up. Then her eyes rested on the door for a moment then shifted back to Ember. "Though, I have to admit, it comes off a little difficult to know what to mention. I'm so used to the me ordering/them obeying." She said tilting her head in the girls direction behind and around her.
"That said, the years I have been gone with them, we have been up to quite a lot. As I'm sure you can see, it's the pirates life for we." She said with a smirk at her little rhyming moment then continued, "I have spent a good deal of time in the Caribbean, got a bit of a reputation there now. I think Bermuda is going to be ignored a bit more as well. However, I also spent time in the waters off Asia and Australia as well. That's where we have recently sailed from and also where our latest haul is from. Know anyone that wants some mildly illegally gained spices?" She asked with a small smirk.
There was more than just spices in the hold of The Song as well. Fabrics, dresses, money, gems, jewels, weapons and make-up also had taken space below. A lot of the stuff the girls were planning to keep, but she would also bring her sister aboard and let her loose in the 'mall' she called the girls closet.

The call from Chancellor Hadley had hardly caught Melanie by surprise. Her people had come running to her office in the House of Hades as soon as the ship had become visible, alerting her to it's presence. Of course, unlike some of her younger agents, she had already heard of the Chancellor's sister and therefore wasn't as likely to panic about her sudden appearance. As soon as the call came in, Melanie gathered her things and headed in the direction of the Authority Headquarters.
When she was on the island, Melanie spent quite a bit of time roaming back and forth between the three offices: her personal one, The Commander's, and the Chancellors. The Chancellor's office had seen her more often than her own lately, or so it seemed. She nodded to the secretary who almost immediately buzzed her through, allowing her to enter the almost packed room. Well, this is a new one. Melanie thought to herself as she took in the people surrounding her. Normally she met with the Chancellor alone or with a few magistrates. This was a much larger audience.
"Chancellor Hadley. You called?" Melanie inquired in a respectful tone.

Ember Lynn listened intently to her sister, still aware of the part of her that wished she was out on the water with her. Poseidon had offered Emmy a ship as well when she had brought the others to Concordia, but she turned it down out of respect for her position as Chancellor. So listening to Tere's stories were the closest Emmy would ever get to a life at sea, which was okay...
She straightened in her seat when she heard the secretary buzzing Melanie in. She couldn't be seen unprofessionally in the eyes of her more important officials, especially not her spies, "Agent Thorn." The Chancellor said, standing to welcome the soldier, "I would like to introduce you to my sister, @teresia." She held her hand out to motion to the leader of the merry troupe that had over-run her office, "She will be working with you from now on, if she is still willing to." Ember Lynn smiled at Tere and arched a brow like she was asking her sister if she was still interested in the job.
