Hazel eyes took in the sight of the beach as she slowly walked along the shoreline, in some places, the blood had stained the sands red. There was stuff still littered about as well, some of it blowing in the breeze, others half buried in the white and red sands. It was a sad sight and one she felt that she had seen before. And she had, she seemed always to follow in the wake of death, and in a way, she could see that as fitting. Her mother was much the same, following in the wake of death. Seph took another look around, her business side wanting to survey the things she saw in a way that she always did. See the land for what it was, what it could be and then make it so. She sighed and lowered her head, this place was not for that though. Not anymore.
She continued to slowly walk in the sand, her feet bare so that she could feel the soft sand, wither red or white it was still soft. The sea lapped at the shoreline, it was a calm day, but it was a calm day that followed a horrible battle. One that she had missed by mere days. She wished she hadn't, she knew people here, thankfully safe, but there were others that hadn't been so lucky. She would see that their souls get their revenge, her eyes seemed to glimmer at the thought and a slight smirk came to her face. Yes, the next time there was a battle that came at the island she would be there, and she would be ready to scare any who came at her or this island to death. To sweat and utter death where their souls could burn in the fires of Tartarus.

Link had basically missed the entire battle. He was at Club Nysa when the attack started, and most of the club was sent somewhere safe when the battle started. Link had no idea how to fight, he had only been on Concordia for a few short weeks and had never fought a day in his life. Still, he had heard about the carnage and wanted to see it for himself. He needed a wake up call, and he knew the beach where the attack happened would get him that.
So, there he was, walking along the beach and taking in the blood. He had already thrown up once, and washed his mouth out with the gross oceany water. He shook it off and soon came around a corner, spotting a girl on the beach.
She was gorgeous, he couldn't ignore that. He wasn't sure he had seen her before, which worried him. What if she was a baddie hanging around to take a count of how many Concordians they killed? Still, he waved to her from his distance and kept walking.

Seph kept her slow and steady pace down the beach, every once in a while looking towards the trees or the sand, the ocean. She sighed softly, why did she always miss the fight? It was like her mother was playing a prank on her or something. Her hazel eyes turned towards the beach again and that is when she spotted a young man waving at her. She glanced around to make sure it was her, that she was the only possibility before she raised her hand as well, waving back.
Stopping for a moment, she leaned down and picked up a seashell before standing up again and continuing towards the guy, smiling softly as she toyed with the little sea gem. "Hey there!" She said politely as she came close enough to not have to yet to speak.

Whatever Leo had been doing before, she abandoned it when she spotted Seph somewhere and started to stalk her, all the way to the beach. Just when Seph was about to approach the cute boy, Leo sped up almost out of nowhere and jumped out from behind Seph, wrapping her arms around Seph's neck. "Haha! Gotcha! It is I, Leo Keinz, the obnoxious destroyer of lovely, romantic moments with pretty boys on the beach!"

"Hey," Link said, catching up to the girl as she retrieved a sea shell. He smiled, "I'm Link! It's uh... nice beach..." he regretted saying that the moment it came out of this mouth. Luckily, his stupidity was saved when Leo jumped out of nowhere. "Ah!" he exclaimed, jumping back a little. "Erh, hi Leo! I'm Link..." Romantic moment? Was Links power acting up? Nooooo.

Seph gave a soft - albeit sad - smile and nodded "I believe it wa..." Seph started but then made a slight gagging sound as she was jumped from behind and her neck was in Leo's embrace. With a laugh, Seph bent down a little and took hold of Leo's legs giving the girl a lift onto her back.
"As I was saying before the cub here pounced me... I believe it was, and I'm Persephone." She said then glanced back at Leo. "And what romantic moment are you on about, kiddo?" She asked with a laugh.

((Sorry for the lateness!))
Leo blinked at Link. "I like how you knew who I was beforehand while introducing yourself to me," she said. The daughter of Hermes grinned when Persephone lifted her up in a piggyback. She also liked that both Link and Seph were pretending to ignore that she meant the two of them were involved in a romantic meeting. "Oh, you know, the one where the pretty daughter of Hecate chances upon the shyly appealing son of Aphrodite on scenic mornings. Seriously, it was a romance novel moment...until it turned into a parody of sorts when I came along."
