Tere didn't have time to notice or react to Quinn as she jumped in front of her, effectively taking a blow that would have left her dizzy if not completely out like it had Quinn, however, Tere wasn't aware of that, she didn't have time to, because Quinn's save had blocked her way and messed up her attack, leaving her clinging to one side of the Cyclopes. That was when she saw it, the giant hand coming at the creature. She let go and dropped onto the deck of the ship in a crumpled heap.
When the little birdies cleared, she saw Jase and turned to get to him, crawling because she couldn't put any weight on her ankle. "Jase! You... You alright?" She called out trying to make her way to him while keeping an eye for any coming attack.

Accalia called out as Quinn ran forward, running after her but slowing to lift her bow and aim a few shots as she ran. Before she knew it, Quinn was crashing into wooden crates and blood was trickling down her face "QUINN!" Lia called, taking a step toward her but not moving there completely. The Cyclops was blocking her path. "HEY, you!" she called, seeing Tere getting smacked onto the deck as the monster turned around. Accalia lifted her arrows as the monster charged...
One... two... the Cyclops was getting closer and closer, three. She fired two arrows, aiming for the monsters eye.

Cyclops The cyclops was rather excited about taking down the tasty demi god who was firing arrows at it. Sadly, it didn't get a chance to smash her for three arrows made contact with his eye and he stumbled back, heading toward the water and the boat, walking backward.

OOC: (You forgot about Jason's water arm ) Jason would keep his hand extended as the monster stumbled, intent once more to impale it with spines. He would gasp into the sand, assuming he finished it off, nodding weakly as Tere asked her questions. He would groan, pushing himself to his hands and knees. His muscles protested, sore instantly. He wouldn't be able to use his abilities for a while. Down to sword and...shield.He would look to her and grin. " Piece of cake." He'd roll over onto his back to try and catch his breath. OOC: (Sorry it took so long!)

Thankfully, with the help of her arrows and Jasons water fist, The Cyclops was swallowed by the water and out of their way, for now. Accalia ran to Q's side, sliding to her knees until she was right beside her. "Oh gods, oh gods..." she muttered. She bent down, putting one arm underneath Q's arms and another underneath her knees as she lifted her up and carried her to the boat.
"You guys okay?" she asked Jason and Tere, who both looked as bad as she felt. She then made her way down to the bedrooms and placed Lia on one of the beds before running back upstairs.
"Jason, set a course for Cuba. I'll be downstairs," she said firmly, trying to get her head on straight while her friend was injured. She ran back down to Quinn and cared for her as the ship started to move...
---
Later, she was standing on the deck with her arms folded over her chest, a blue sweater covering her arms. Cuba was just ahead, and she was ready for whatever came next...
(this is when @quinn will hear the Sirens!)

What is that noise? Whatever it was, it pulled Quinn from her restless slumber. Her head was killing her and if she touched her forehead, she would have felt the bandages someone had wrapped around it, but all of that was forgotten. The noise, though. Was it music? Maybe...
Quinn sat up, determined to find out what it was. She climbed out of the bed of her cabin and felt the cool wooden planks of the floor beneath her bare feet. She was wearing short black shorts that she normally slept in and a sports bra. In the mirror, had she been paying attention, she would have seen a large black bruise the seemed to wrap around her waist demonstrating her broken ribs. But none of the mattered.
Soon she was on the deck and had her hands on the railing looking off into a distance that showed no promise of land, "That way." She said in a flat voice, "That way, it's that way." She was almost pleading now, "I can hear..." He voice trailed off and her eyes glazed over as she smiled widely. It was a strange, out of place smile considering that she was wearing hardly any clothing and she was covered in nasty bruises and injuries, "Faster." She pleaded, "That way." She was leaning out over the edge of the rail, reaching for the horizon as if she could grab a hold of it and pull them closer to that wonderful noise.

Jason was sitting on the edge of the boat, feet in the water. He didn't tell any of them this, but he had been gently moving them forward at a slightly faster pace, similar to what he had done when he and Accalia when out alone. He would turn to Quinn as she rushed onto the deck, taken aback by what she was wearing.
"Gods woman, have some modesty!"
He was beat red now, turning away. He would look back as she spoke, her voice almost....deathly calm. He looked at Accalia and climbed back into the boat. He knew that the woman was able to hear things they couldn't even guess at, so he wasn't trying to make out like she didn't hear it but...clearly, something was totally off. He would gently put a hand on Quinn's shoulder and speak softly.
"Uh...You okay?"

As Q came up the stairs, Accalia turned to face her quickly as she started announcing the direction they needed to go. "What? What do you hear?" Lia asked, running over to stand beside her best friend. The sight of Q's bruised skin made Accalias throat close up a bit, but she didn't have time to mourn for the broken ribs right now.
At the sound of Jasons voice, Lia turned around to shake her head a little with a soft smile as he approached the girls, asking if Quinn was okay. "At the coast, there's..." Lia's voice softened. As they were getting closer, she could see the broken shape of a familiar vessel. It had to be.
She ran to the mast, pulling the ropes and changing the sails in order to set a faster course toward the direction Quinns was melancholy pointed toward. As the ship sped closer, Accalia could feel her heart pounding even faster.
Could it be? Was that the crashed ship Andromeda?

Quinn swung her legs over the rail and balanced herself on the edge of the deck, trying to get closer, "Faster." She pleaded, not taking her eyes off of the ship wreck. Jason made a comment about her clothing or something but Quinn wouldn't have cared even if she were coherent. The ship wasn't moving faster enough for her. In that moment, she knew she couldn't get there faster enough on board the vessel. She released the rail and felt a swift falling sensation before hitting the water hard. The momentum of the ship pushed her under the surface and she had to strain herself to try and swim toward the wreck.

"Quinn!" Accalia called as Quinn fell into the water and began to swim. She turned to Jason, "get us to shore. I'm going after her," she said before diving into the water before he could argue.
The water was warm, surprisingly, as she sped toward Quinn. Accalia was a well practiced swimmer, but it was still had to get there. Soon, she could hear the voices...
Beautiful voices, telling her stories about her father and other things. She gasped as she came above water to look at the shore, seeing beautiful images of a happy family, along with Quinn, Mac, Esme and Geoff. She felt tears prick her eyes.
She ducked her head back underwater, and the voices weren't as clear. She came to her senses. They were dealing with sirens. What were Jason and Tere hearing right now? Seeing? It was too late to warn them to plug their ears. She cursed in her head as she sped toward the shore, finally reaching it. Stepping onto the wet sand, she ran to Quinn and grabbed her arm. The voices must have been overpowering for someone with her hearing. "Quinn. Quinn, you have to shut it out," she explained, but she wasn't sure if it was doing any good.
She looked upon the wrecked ship in the sand and began talking to herself, trying to drown out the sound of the sirens. "This could be it. Just have to find the name, find the name, FIND THE NAME," the voices were getting louder as she approached the wreckage, until finally she saw ANDRO. The Andromeda. She had found it.
Her eyes widened, "Dad! DAD!" she called, climbing into the dangerous broken boat to start searching through the piles. Then the voices stopped singing.

Sirens The ship was halfway embedded in a strange alcove, and the sirens began spilling out of it. They were a different kind, something unknown. They survived on the land moreso than the water, but could still dwell in both. This is how they had kept her father a secret, keeping him on land hidden in their little hole. Generally, sirens didn't take prisoners, but this group got a sort of sick satisfaction out of it. When they heard the girl calling "Dad!" they knew the man currently in their care must have been the one she was looking for. A leader stepped forward, a horrible smirk crossing her face. "Your friend here hears excellently. She drew you right to us even though you were out of normal range," she laughed, a cold but beautiful laugh. "I'd like to see more like her. Tell me, what do you see on our shores?" she asked Quinn turning to face her while the others followed suit. @quinn
