After pacing the living room for the hundredth time, trying to figure out how to tell her sister the news, Jazlyn found herself picking up the phone again. It was now or never. Her fingers shook as she typed in the relatively short message, the one that would bring her someone's disaproval for the second time today. Ethan would get over it, if he hadn't already, so she wasn't too worried about him. Diana on the other hand...well, it could go too many ways.


JD: Hey, where are you at? I need to talk to you asap. (sent to @diana)

Settling in to an arm chair to wait, Jazlyn couldn't help but dread her sister's return. If everything went well, her sister would at least be a little excited. If not...well, at least her apartment hadn't been rented out just yet. Today just didn't seem like it could go any worse, but then again, she had been wrong before.

Diana smiled with her eyes closed as she lifted her head to the sun, the feel of the powerful beast beneath her giving her a sense of freedom she had missed. Granted, she was pretty much free to do anything but leave the island, but still. There was something about riding a large stallion at full gallop, the way their bodies moved together, she could almost feel his heart beating in time with her own. She was enjoying her ride through the paths in the forest and now she was heading back towards the stables so that she could get Sleepy put away before the sun set.

That is when she felt the soft vibration of her phone against her back and sighed softly, easing back on Sleepy's reigns so that he had brought himself to a slow walk, she pulled her phone out and saw the text from her sister. 'Talk to you ASAP' was the kind of thing that caused her heart to race in a whole other fashion. And not one that she liked. She spurred Sleepy back into a gallop and headed straight for their back yard patio. When she got there, she hopped off Sleepy and pointed in the direction of the stables. "Go, I'll deal with you later." She said to the horse who just snickered at her and turned towards the stables as she headed into the house, calling out as soon as she entered the kitchen "Sunshine? You here?"

Settling a hand over her rolling stomach, Jaz stood up and walked towards the sound of her sister's voice. Making sure to move her hand before rounding the corner, she called out to Diana. "Yea, I'm in here." Her stomach was in knots, the nerves getting the best of her as she entered the kitchen. It was now or never. She had to tell her sister. "Hey. Where were you at?" She questioned, trying to drag out the inevitable a little while longer.
